Job Summary:

The Engineering Manager will oversee the mechanical and electrical engineering teams, ensuring the successful design, development, and implementation of projects. This role requires a strong background in both mechanical and electrical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the mechanical and electrical engineering teams.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project integration.
• Develop and implement engineering processes and best practices.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in both mechanical and electrical engineering.
