Description: Our client is currently seeking a Helpdesk Technician

This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and provide ongoing support for iPhones, iPads, peripherals, and software.
- Diagnose, repair, and update mobile devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Perform hardware and software upgrades.
- Enroll devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Assist customers with device settings, apps, and cloud storage.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5 years of experience
- Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and update mobile devices
- Experience performing hardware and software upgrades
- Microsoft Intune Device Enrollments
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Experience helping customers with device settings, apps, and cloud storage
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
Hours:
- The service will be performed during business hours with an expected workday of 7 hours for 40 days over a period of 2 months
