Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Contracts Specialist with a minimum of 3 years' experience in purchasing services, preferably within the engineering and/or construction sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the full contract lifecycle, from drafting Scope of Work documents to resolving vendor disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including facilitating and drafting Scope of Work documents, running RFx events, conducting price and contract negotiations, and resolving vendor disputes.
- Lead business stakeholders through the procurement process, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Utilize strong Microsoft Office skills to prepare and manage documentation and reports.
- Leverage experience with SAP ERP and Ariba Sourcing/Contracts to streamline procurement processes.
- Apply knowledge of EAP contracts to enhance contract management and execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in purchasing services, with a preference for experience in engineering and/or construction services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP ERP and Ariba Sourcing/Contracts is highly desirable.
- Experience with EAP contracts is a plus.
