Description:
Program Manager
Location: Mostly remote, but local to Hartford, CT when needed.

Rate: $70-75 per hour, with some flexibility.
Experience: 10 years in program management, including large complex programs.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize PPM tools (e.g., Planview, Clarity) to track project financials.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models.
- Blend Agile and traditional project management principles and practices to fit project needs.
- Lead IT project teams, including vendors, on-shore/offshore developers, business analysts, architects, data analysts, QA, etc.
- Successfully implement projects using Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile certifications/PMP certifications.
- Strong preference for Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance experience.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Clarity, Planview, or similar PPM tools.
- Agile Scrum Master experience.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Rally, Jira, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel.
