We are seeking a passionate Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Lead dedicated to delivering mission-critical services that empower end users. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing end-to-end continuous delivery pipelines and a background in AI/ML. You will collaborate closely with developers and other engineers to identify and resolve issues that may impact website or service availability.

Role Description:
We are seeking a passionate Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Lead dedicated to delivering mission-critical services that empower end users. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing end-to-end continuous delivery pipelines and a background in AI/ML. You will collaborate closely with developers and other engineers to identify and resolve issues that may impact website or service availability.
Must Haves:
- Minimum of 10 years of software engineering and DevOps experience.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end continuous delivery pipelines.
- Deep AWS cloud experience in a production environment (e.g., network, security, deployment, automation, serverless technologies).
- Strong understanding of SRE principles for highly scalable and reliable systems.
- Extensive experience with Configuration Management and Infrastructure as Code.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or Engineering.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability clearance.
- Proactive and a thought leader in driving technical change and improvements.

- Excellent leadership skills to foster a supportive, inclusive, collaborative, and empowering team culture.
- Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and establish a clear vision and direction.
- Previous government contracting experience.
