Network troubleshooting
Ongoing network maintenance
Ongoing proxy maintenance
Configuration needs
Level 3: 5-7 Years
Must Have Technical Skills:
Zscaler Private Access
Networking security experience
Secure web gateways
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
Jira
ServiceNow
Agile
Soft Skills:
Good communications skills both written and verbal,
Good problem solving skills,
Ability to follow up and follow through with tasks,
Good collaboration skills in a team environment
Education/Certifications:
No degree requirements, experience in lieu of education
Network security certifications, Zscaler certification nice to have
