Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Test Lead III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and test management, with a focus on commercial off-the-shelf software implementations and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire testing phase for capital projects.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and schedules.
- Collaborate with development teams and business users.
- Execute and report on testing progress, including unit testing, component testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Report to the project manager on a day-to-day basis.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of testing experience.
- 1-3 years of experience as a test lead.
- Proficiency in unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT (manual testing).
- Experience with Confluence or JIRA for test management.
- Ability to engage with leadership, vendors, and business partners.
- Experience in software deployment and integration.
- Experience working in a large, matrixed organization.
- Positive attitude, high level of accountability, and transparency.
