What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Judicial Alternatives of Georgia?
The Administrative Assistant works directly for the Probation Officer and is responsible for general administrative functions such as: data entry, file preparation, closing cases, attend all court sessions, on time, and be fully prepared, Ensure the court bag/brief case has all required documents and supplies, ensures the digital camera is taken to court, take picture of each probationer, conduct intake interview of defendants assigned to probation, and travel approximately one (1) hour from base office to satellite office in surrounding counties (paid mileage), and any other task assigned by his or her immediate supervisor.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
