What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Compliance Coordinator position at Judit Inc?
Talent Acquisition Compliance Coordinator provides high-level compliance and recruitment support for the Talent Acquisition Team. Partnering with recruiters and HR compliance to process candidates through the hiring process. Acts as a point of contact to candidates and interviewers regarding interviews and last-minute changes to interview schedules when needed. Reviewing and ensuring pre-hire requirements are being met through the background check process and pre-hire training. Point of contact with 3rd party vendor responsible for background checks.
ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES
- Coordinates and arranges candidate interviews, travel and expense reimbursement
- Helps candidates arrange travel, process credit card authorization forms and candidate reimbursement forms
- Interfaces with the interview teams to resolve any conflicts between interviews and other commitments
- Preps interview packets and debrief materials
- Greets candidates, provides hospitality, and ensures the interview day experience is seamless
- Works with internal HR to create and maintain new hire personnel files
- Coordinates and monitors new hire onboarding requirements in HR System
- Tracks completion of required pre-employment training, drug testing and background checks. Working with background check vendor on discrepancies.
- Completes tasks and files required documents appropriately and in a timely manner
- Works with internal HR and Talent Acquisition team on pre-hire activities
- Assists with other tasks as required to support the Talent Acquisition and compliance team
