We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. Duties
- Manage all aspects of corporate accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Oversee budgeting processes and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Handle tax preparation and ensure timely filing of all tax documents.
- Maintain accurate records of debits and credits to ensure proper account management.
- Utilize Quicken or similar software for tracking financial transactions and generating reports.
- Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies that align with company goals.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, debits, credits, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Quicken; familiarity with other financial management tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
