Program Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
Project/Order Management:
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement workflows to improve program efficiency.
- Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular updates to Program Manager.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
- Lead order communications with the internal team using commonsku (our order management system).
- Become an expert in commonsku for data entry, purchase orders, proofing, and vendor communication.
- Develops strong relationships with all vendor and supplier partners in order to build and expand our competitive network and secures fairly negotiated pricing advantages.
- Resolve disputes with supplier and vendor partners to ensure smooth and profitable order processing.
- Stays up to date on industry trends and new product releases through daily research and attends vendor meetings and tradeshows in order to participate in project and internal company brainstorms.
Fulfillment Center Management:
- Monitors all inventory shipments through delivery and works with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other shipping couriers as issues arise to ensure on-time delivery.
- Update systems with product notifications and inventory counts for fulfillment centers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for fulfillment partners to resolve issues related to orders or inventory.
- Monitor open order reports, fulfillment SLAs, and expedited orders in applicable platforms.
- Facilitates system updates for notifications on products & counts for incoming inventory to fulfillment centers; notifies the program team of issues immediately with recommended next steps.
Customer Service:
- Monitors and manages various customer service inboxes and issues across all programs in a timely and professional manner. Handles follow through from issue to resolution.
- Lead customer service initiatives, ensuring inquiries about products, policies, and order statuses.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and technical issues with a solutions-focused approach.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide proactive customer support and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
- Resolve customer issues with shipping couriers & Route partner.
- Processes returns and exchange within platform for various programs and aligns with fulfillment centers on resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order histories.
- Document customer complaints and feedback for future reference and reporting.
Performance Expectations:
- Demonstrate exceptional time management skills to balance competing priorities effectively.
- Take ownership of assigned projects/programs, ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to foster a positive work environment and achieve shared goals.
