We are seeking an experienced healthcare sales lead to build relationships with Medicaid LTSS plans and HCBS programs. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the Medicaid LTSS ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting Medicaid LTSS payers
- Navigate complex sales cycles, including RFP processes and contract negotiations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Medicaid LTSS plans, and serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts
- Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
- Provide thought leadership and insights to clients as well as represent the company at industry events and conferences
