Job Responsibilities :
- Conducting menu planning and development to ensure a diverse and innovative culinary offering
- Supervising food quality and ensuring that high standards are consistently maintained
- Managing food costs and optimizing kitchen operations
- Guiding and mentoring kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service
- Developing and executing banquet catering events
