Boba Barista

Job Summary
As a Boa Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, such as milktea, smoothie to customers. You will also handle cash transactions and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Responsibilities
-making boba, brewing teas

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including milktea,smoothie,teas
- Operate milktea making equipment such as shaking machines
- Assist customers in selecting menu items, making recommendations based on their preferences
- Handle cash transactions using a cash register or POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning machines and equipment
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly

Qualifications
- Prior experience in the food industry or cafe is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
