This role is critical in driving visual excellence to support our marketing strategies and sales initiatives.

Position Overview

The Creative Growth Designer will collaborate closely with Marketing Implementation Managers who support specific sales channels. You will develop creative assets that align with marketing strategies and directly contribute to the success of channel-specific campaigns. Reporting to the Vice President of Growth Marketing, you will provide essential design support for campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

• Campaign Support : Partner with Marketing Implementation Managers to create tailored visuals for specific sales channels, ensuring alignment with campaign strategies.
• Creative Asset Development : Design high-quality marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and print collateral.
• Channel-Specific Solutions : Customize designs to meet the unique needs of individual sales channels, focusing on enhancing marketing effectiveness.
• Content Creation : Develop graphics and multimedia content for blogs, infographics, and other marketing initiatives that effectively communicate complex ideas.
• Client-Specific Deliverables : Deliver high-quality, complete, and on-time graphic design work that aligns with the specific needs and contractual commitments for JumpCrew’s client partnerships.
• Project Management : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering on time and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to support marketing efforts.
• Video Content Creation and Editing : Create and edit video content for campaigns, including social media posts, ads, and client deliverables. Utilize motion graphics to enhance engagement.
• Web Design and Interactive Content : Design and develop visually appealing and effective web assets, such as landing pages, banners, and interactive elements.
• Software Proficiency : Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, and other relevant design tools.
• Brand Management : Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual assets and channels.
• Content Repurposing : Repurpose existing content into multiple formats to maximize reach and engagement across platforms.
• Creative Strategy Input : Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to contribute to creative strategies and ideation for campaigns.
• Growth and Leadership : Potential to take on leadership responsibilities as the creative team expands.
