Position Overview
The Sales Enablement Director will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies that align with JumpCrew’s growth objectives. This leader will drive revenue growth, manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, and cultivate strategic partnerships . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within outsourcing, marketing, or B2B sales environments , with a deep understanding of sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Drive a performance-based sales culture, setting clear KPIs and accountability metrics.
Team Management & Coaching
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring ongoing training and development.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and results.
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching and actionable feedback.
Revenue Growth & Business Development
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize lead generation and sales conversion.
Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities and optimized close rates.
Data-Driven Sales Execution
Leverage CRM platforms (., Salesforce) and analytics tools to track sales performance.
Identify trends and insights to refine sales strategies and improve efficiency.
Implement best practices in sales forecasting and reporting.
Key Qualifications
Experience :
5–10 years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a sales leadership or management role.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in outsourced sales, marketing, or B2B environments.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Advanced certifications in leadership, sales, or strategy are a plus.
Skills & Competencies :
Strong leadership and people management abilities —experience coaching, mentoring, and motivating sales teams.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Expertise in CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and analytics platforms .
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on innovation and strategic thinking .

Revenue growth and achievement of sales quotas.
