Job Summary
JumpCrew is looking for a sales operations leader with strong IT and systems knowledge, capable of leading multi-disciplinary projects on behalf of the executive leadership team.
The ideal candidate has a passion for systems, IT and operations with a bias toward driving outcomes based on data-driven insights. This person excels at balancing strategic planning with execution and is comfortable digging into details – and is an equal part operator and analyst, enabling and optimizing programs through best-in-class tools. You are responsible for creating, documenting, teaching and enforcing processes. You are a sales maven – driving execution, defining KPIs, producing reports, methods, and teaching everyone around you how to do it better. You are responsible for helping the team exceed JumpCrew’s sales targets and managing sales operations across several teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide operations strategy for our sales teams, including tools such as Outreach, Hubspot, Monday.com, Dialpad, etc.
- Manage internal IT and help desk
- Manage all external IT and systems vendors, including renewals, renegotiations, etc.
- Partner with business development and sales delivery teams to continue to improve business outcomes and client satisfaction
- Manage IT governance and company data security and privacy
- Support business development and RFP efforts
- Manage internal data mart, 3rd party and client data
- Interact with stakeholders to create the vision and plan for sales operations
- Manage all operations and systems escalations, including customer-facing ones
- Oversee and direct new client onboarding and training, including ongoing team training and development
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of management experience leading operations teams
- Strong understanding of IT industry trends, markets. enterprise and service provider technologies, challenges, solutions, architectures, use cases, customer personas, buyer journey, sales models and sales cycles
- Solid analytical skills based on data and decision making. Metrics-oriented with a strong focus on ROI
- Strong background using Outreach.IO and Hubspot preferred
- Sandler Sales training knowledge a plus
