Job description:
As the Assistant Manager, your main responsibilities will include helping supervise up to 20 employees at any given time, provide excellent customer service, ensure the smooth operation of the park and to stay on top of staff scheduling, inventory, and events.
The Assistant Manager will assist and execute all aspects of Jumpin Fun Inflata Park’s operation including, but not limited to, guest services, food and beverage, training and operations. This individual will report directly to the General Manager and work in tandem to reinforce operational and cultural standards.
Some experience in a management or supervisory role is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and the ability to work flexible hours. The role will however require Saturdays, Sundays, some evenings, plus Tuesday and Thursday mornings (8:45AM-11:15AM). Additional hours are available and will at times be required. This position will have a focus on oversight of our inflatable and zipline staff.

Pay Rate:
Based on experience.
