Some of the responsibilities of GP12 may include: -Perform Inspections: Conduct visual and measurement inspections of products at various stages of the production process to ensure they meet specified quality standards. -Testing and Analysis: Carry out functional and durability testing on products, recording and analyzing results to identify defects or areas for improvement. -Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection and test results, including any non-conformities identified during the process. -Process Audits: Perform regular audits of production processes to ensure adherence to GP12 quality protocols, recommending corrective actions where necessary. -Communication: Collaborate with production teams to communicate quality standards, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement efforts. -Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve quality issues promptly, implementing root cause analysis and corrective actions as needed. -Training Support: Assist in training production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and proper use of testing equipment.
Requirements/Responsibilities
GP12 Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
-1-2 years of experience in quality inspection or a related role within the automotive industry.
-Knowledge of GP12 quality control processes and automotive quality standards.
-Experience with measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) and testing equipmentCertification in Quality Control (e.g., CQI, CQT) is a plus but not required.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with quality management software.
-Basic understanding of quality management principles and ability to supervise inspection -processes.
-Strong communication skills to effectively convey quality standards and collaborate with production teams.
-English Level B1 Minimum
