Some of the responsibilities of Supply chain and CR Specialist may include: * Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. * Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing with (MRO)suppliers. * Create and process purchase orders. * Track order status and resolve discrepancies. * Track inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels. * Assist in planning inventory replenishment to meet production needs. * Arrange transportation and logistics for inbound shipments. * Monitor shipping schedules and delivery status. * Identify opportunities to reduce shipping and transportation costs. * Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency replenishment * Generate reports on supply chain activities and performance. * Maintain accurate supply chain records and databases. * Identify areas for process improvements within the supply chain. * Support implementation of lean practices and improvement initiatives. * Assist in resolving supply chain-related issues across departments.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Supply chain and CR Specialist Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry. * Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and methodologies. * Experience with supply chain management software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent. * APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Experience with data analysis tools and techniques. * Strong organizational and project management skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. * Leadership skills to drive process improvements and manage change. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
