Assistant Manager

• Supporting the Manager with daily administrative and employee staffing tasks
• Managing overall workflow of the workplace
• Assisting with inventory control, stock replenishment and managing product displays to ensure a well-organized store
• Placing orders with vendors, checking in orders and pricing product
• Managing budgets, running reports and entering data into a spreadsheet
• Helping with daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
• Providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Supervising employess during day-to day tasks
• Managing customer transactions
