Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize emails, ensuring timely responses and communication.
Update and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Utilize social media platforms to enhance the company's online presence.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Email interaction and phone calls with the vendors as needed.
Perform bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable.
Maintain updated records of office expenses and financial transactions.
Create detailed project schedules during the preconstruction phase.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to align timelines.
Monitor and adjust schedules based on daily logs and reported delays.
Conduct regular check-ins with subcontractors and establish key dates.
Support the team with general office tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant.
Strong social media management skills.
Familiarity with marketing principles and practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Previous construction office experience is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hr, depending on experience.
