Job Duties
- Development and teaching of cooking classes
- Scheduling and staff supervision
- Development of menus, food purchase specifications and recipes
- Development and monitoring of food and labor budgets and costs
- Maintain highest professional food quality and sanitation standards
- Establish and maintain a regular cleaning and maintenance schedule for the classroom
- Interview, select, train, supervise and counsel all employees in the department
- Interact with students to assure classes and experience exceed expectations
- Other duties as directed
