A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Three to five years of collegiate coaching or playing experience is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of NCAA rules and regulations, as well as a demonstrated ability to teach, strategize, recruit, lead, manage, represent, and oversee a nationally competitive athletic program.
