Junior Achievement (JA) of the Triad is seeking a motivated and dedicated Education Program Coordinator to join our team. The Education Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and implementation of our educational programs designed to inspire and prepare young people for success in a global economy. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, and is capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
· Program Implementation: Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of Junior Achievement's educational programs in schools throughout the Triad region. Collaborate with teachers, volunteers, and school administrators to ensure smooth program execution.
· Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and support volunteers from the community to deliver JA programs in classrooms. Provide resources and guidance to volunteers to ensure effective program delivery and positive student engagement.
· School and Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools, educators, and community partners. Represent Junior Achievement at educational and community events to promote program awareness and participation.
· Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties related to program logistics, such as scheduling, resource management, and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
-Preferable bachelor's degree
- Strong passion for education, youth development, and fostering students' success.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in program coordination, event planning, or educational outreach preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
