What are the responsibilities and job description for the FOH Manager/Bar Manager position at Junior's Restaurant + Tap House?
Seeking a professional, personable candidate with great people skills. Customer service and more specifically, great hospitality, is our main objective. This position would involve serving, bartending, and supervising duties. Extensive restaurant and/or customer service background is strongly preferred.
Duties include:
-training front of house staff
-Shift supervision (keeping staff motivated and on task, making staff cuts, etc)
-Dealing with customer feedback in a kind, professional manner
-Ensuring the staff is providing our guests with exceptional service
-being proficient in all front of house aspects (bartending, serving, kitchen expediting, food running, bussing, and hosting)
-being a positive role model and leader of the FOH team
Candidate MUST be available Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Thursday.
Candidate MUST be able to obtain a "bartenders" license as well as a food safe serve certification
Candidate reports to the Head Chef and the General Manager.
We do have an on/off site catering company. Some duties may involve roles in catering in addition to main restaurant.

Pay: $7.50 - $20.00 per hour
