About the Role
JTCC is hiring a part-time Junior and Adult Development Coach to deliver high-quality tennis instruction. This position is based at the Westfields Marriott in Chantilly, VA from May through October.
Job Responsibilities
Program Delivery (85%)
• Teach approximately 20 hours per week including evenings and weekends
• Organize and implement high-quality lessons, clinics, and camps for junior and adult players
• Establish a fun, energetic, and engaged on-court experience for all players
• Participate in adaptive and outreach programming
• Ensure smooth operations through equipment set-up, clean-up, and attendance

• Produce report cards for players each session
• Teach in summer camps
• Build a clientele of private lessons
Organizational Support (15%)
• Assist with program promotion and growth
• Input on player progression along the JTCC pathway
• Respond to emails within 24 hours
• Assist with planning and execution of tennis events
• Attend professional development trainings and meetings
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Player Development for Westfields
Preferred Qualifications
• Track record of success in growing youth and adult sports program participation
• Strong tennis instruction background
• Excellence in communication and organization

Compensation
• $20-$40 per court-hour based on experience and qualifications
