Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, answering phones, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, and project files.
- Oversee the scheduling of jobs, meetings, and team activities.
- Support leadership by preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
- Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and assist with budgeting tasks.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate company events and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years of experience in office administration or management, preferably in the mechanical contracting industry.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks Desktop Pro and other administrative software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
