Pay : Starting $52k commission resets each month.
8 : 00am-5 : 00pm Monday-Friday, some evenings / weekends
Role : Integral part of the Team that is responsible for sales (prospects and leads) and marketing (referral source contacts) of the community.
Responsibilities :
- Responsiblefor sales and marketing of the community under direction of ED or DSM. Focusmay be on either internal sales (leads and prospects) or external marketing(referral source contacts).
- Participates in organizing and implementing thenetworking and community outreach program.
- Develops a rapport and positiverelationship with prospective residents. Assists in the development andimplementation of sales marketing plans. Works in an office as well asthroughout the community and its premises.
- Moves intermittently during workinghours.
- Movement includes, but is not limited to standing, walking, sitting,pulling, lifting, reaching, carrying, pushing, climbing, kneeling, stooping,and twisting. Is subject to frequent interruptions.
