This position will be responsible for scheduling projects, supervising team members, and managing the resources needed for providing irrigation services and projects for our clients. The Irrigation Manager is responsible for adhering to established budgets, ensuring successful operations, maintaining quality control, and promoting a positive culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple irrigation service teams and technicians as well as landscape enhancement crews
- Responsible for providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance for branch's irrigation needs and landscape enhancement projects
- Manage the coordination of all materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors required to produce quality work
- Communicate with, counsel, train, discipline, review, and develop growth plan for employees
- Training and support of irrigation and landscape enhancement team members, including proper operation of equipment, irrigation repair/service/maintenance techniques, planting techniques, safety guidelines, and quality standards
- Personnel management, interviewing and hiring of team members
- Performing hands-on work with the irrigation and/or landscape enhancement crews to meet work and scheduling demands as needed
- Ensuring equipment and tools are properly maintained, stored, and utilized
- Order materials and monitor costs and deliveries for irrigation and landscape enhancement projects
- Ability to create estimates for time & materials needed on irrigation projects
- Maintain all required computer systems, including but not limited to timekeeping, job databases and service schedules for irrigation services and landscape enhancement projects
- Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients
- Other relevant job duties as needed
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience within the irrigation services, landscape installation or landscape maintenance industries
- Strong knowledge and experience with Cloud-based and computerized Irrigation Controller systems
- Knowledge of plant material and horticultural best practices
- Strong knowledge of conventional irrigation systems and proficiency in 2-wire system diagnostics and repair
- Customer service and client-focused
- Proficiency with a variety of computer software applications including MS Office Suite
- Valid Drivers License and ability to clear Motor Vehicle Record check
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
- Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
- Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
