About Your Role
Juniper Square is seeking a dynamic and organized Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer. This role offers the opportunity to partner strategically in optimizing efficiency, communication, and organization across our GTM organization. The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating proactive problem-solving, exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in G-Suite.
In this role, you will manage the executive’s calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling and time management. As a key liaison, you will facilitate clear and proactive communication across teams and departments. You will also play a crucial role in keeping projects on track, delegating tasks, and ensuring accountability. Additionally, you will help foster a culture of recognition by tracking key milestones and celebrating team achievements. Your attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and driving success.

What You’ll Do
Compensation
Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $112,000 - $140,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
The ideal candidate is based in Southern California or "PST" time zone.

What You’ll Do
- Schedule & Event Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and organize team events.
- Culture & Engagement: Foster a positive team culture through recognition programs, celebrations, and engagement initiatives.
- Transparency & Communication: Support the CRO by streamlining communications, gathering key information, and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Project Management: Track and coordinate key CRO-led projects to ensure timely execution and follow-through.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize internal meetings by setting agendas, gathering resources, and managing pre- and post-meeting communications.
- Revenue Organization Branding: Enhance the reputation and visibility of the Revenue Organization through polished presentations, documentation, and strategic communications.
- Organizational Excellence: Maintain structured processes to ensure smooth operations and high levels of organization.
- Demonstrates 5 years of experience supporting multiple executives in dynamic environments.
- Proactively identifies and addresses problems in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Experienced in handling confidential information.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
- Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and work efficiently.
- Exhibits strong organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

- Proficient in G-Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive).
