IT Service Desk Manager
We're looking for a proactive IT Service Desk Manager to lead our help desk team. You’ll oversee technicians, ensure top-tier service delivery, and streamline support processes to keep our systems running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of service desk technicians
- Manage ticket flow and ensure timely issue resolution
- Develop and refine IT support processes
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service efficiency
- Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in IT service management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with a ticketing software (Autotask and Kaseya a plus!)
- CompTIA certifications a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
