Executive Search Consultant
The Executive Search Consultant is an integral part of our search team. They are responsible for recruiting, assessing, and presenting high-level professionals to our biotech client partners. Successful Executive Search Consultants approach potential candidates not only to evaluate their interest in and suitability for specific roles, but, more importantly, to build meaningful relationships that grow over time. We do our best work by getting to know the top biopharma professionals, and by understanding their careers and ambitions.
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of the drug development process from discovery to commercialization, as well as the business of biotech
- Draft position descriptions, presentation materials, client profiles and other search-related documents
- Attend and contribute to client update meetings and calls
- Participate in regular team meetings regarding the status of each search
- Keep abreast of developments and trends within the life sciences industry to provide the sharpest possible insights to clients
- Document efforts and update profiles in Invenias, our CRM database
- Outreach via email, text messages, social media, and phone calls to connect with target candidates
- Conduct screening interviews with potential candidates
- Analyze the suitability of potential candidates for specific roles
- Leverage recruiting tools to identify potential candidates
- Continuously seek opportunities to engage and develop relationships with high-quality biopharma leaders
- Attend industry-specific networking events and conferences
- Work collaboratively with other members of the search team to ensure excellence in all aspects of our work
