Our client, a professional services provider in Yardley, PA is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Temporary HR Assistant to provide administrative support to the HR team, focusing primarily on the administration of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and assisting the Total Rewards team with various HR-related projects. This position will involve working with sensitive employee data, handling Excel spreadsheets, supporting employee communications, and assisting with the execution of other HR initiatives as needed.

This position is onsite minimum 3 days per week in Yardley, PA. This is a 1-year contract assignment.

Key Responsibilities :

ESOP Administration Support :

  • Manage the ESOP inbox and respond to participant inquiries.
  • Assist with tracking ESOP participant data, including stock allocations and distributions.
  • Support the coordination of the ESOP meetings, including scheduling and material preparation.
  • Assist with data entry, verification, and maintenance of ESOP participant records.
  • Collaborate with the HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate reporting of ESOP activities.

Support the Total Rewards Team :

  • Assist in the administration of compensation, benefits, and other reward-related programs.
  • General HR Administrative Support :

  • Support HR with ad-hoc projects, data collection, and reporting as required.
  • Organize and maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Handle incoming HR-related inquiries and assist employees with general HR information.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications :

    Education :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience :

  • Previous experience in HR, ESOP administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Experience handling sensitive employee data and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software (experience with [specific HRIS system, if applicable] is a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Other Skills :

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Preferred Attributes :

  • Previous experience supporting ESOP activities or Total Rewards programs.
  • Knowledge of ESOP rules and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with employees at all levels.
