Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and be knowledgeable in crafting classic cocktail recipes.
Bartenders are not only knowledgeable in beer, wine and spirits; they also provide thoughtful service to bar and lounge guests, and assist with questions about beverage selections.
Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming bar for guests
- Interact with guests and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company recipes and standards
- Consistently follow service standards with finesse
- Anticipate guest needs with a sense of urgency
- Focus on keeping a clean and neat work and adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Assist in all opening and closing duties
What We Are Looking For:
- We are looking for team members who are self motivated and dedicated to grow and learn in this industry
- Craft Cocktail experience required; 2 years minimum.
- Lunches, Dinners, and Brunches all required.
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
- Proficient in time management
