Overview
To help further the mission of JUPER Communications, LLC, and its clients, including but not limited to The Community Foundation of Northwest Missouri’s regional vitality initiative Maximize Northwest Missouri, Communities of Excellence 2026, Roots and Rounds, and The Clinton County Initiative, we are seeking 1-2 people with the right positive can-do attitude, creative relationship-building and administrative skill sets, talent, and time availability to help with the following online content creation and marketing activities as interns or part-time contract team members:
· Action Network Coordinator for Maximize NWMO (See https://maximizenwmo.org/job-openings for more details.)
· Online Content Graphic Designer and Content Coordinator (planning and posting)
· Presentation Slides and Print Materials Graphic Designer
· Executive Assistant, Research, Data Entry, and Software Management
Qualifications
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace apps such as Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and others. The ideal candidate(s) will have strong oral and written communication skills and/or technical digital photography/videography editing skills and the ability to conduct respectful interviews that draw out the compelling details from subjects that make stories engaging and meaningful. Bonus points for any experience with project management software/apps. These job opportunities will provide JUPER team members with exposure to a wide variety of professional communications functions and grassroots community action projects. All team members must follow the brand guidelines and a set of “collaborACTION” values of integrity established by JUPER and each of its clients.
Additional helpful skills and experience (or strong interest in learning) include community development, nonprofit management, event planning and coordination, project management, social determinants of health, Baldrige performance excellence criteria, leadership development, social media post creation and platform management, coordinating people from multiple organizations, Zoom online meetings management, and Adobe Design Suite.
Compensation
Depending on experience, both paid and unpaid positions are available. A paid contract position is available from January to October 2025, starting as soon as possible! Individuals may also choose to leverage the opportunity as an internship for academic credit. Most responsibilities can be completed remotely on an agreed-upon flexible schedule of deadlines.
