Paul H Rohe is seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Foreman to oversee daily construction site operations. The Foreman will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality workmanship. This role involves direct supervision of field laborers and craft workers, requiring strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Plan and oversee job-specific activities, efficiently allocating skilled labor, equipment, materials, and resources to meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and coach field team members to foster a high-performing, engaged workforce that consistently meets goals and objectives.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety requirements and serve as a role model for workplace safety to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address project challenges, collaborating with superintendents and other foremen to ensure successful, high-quality project completion.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with project managers, superintendents, quality control teams, INDOT representatives, and subcontractors to support project objectives.

- Technical Expertise: Experience with one or more of the following: asphalt, concrete, excavation, and/or underground utilities.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction experience preferred.
- Experience in supervisory or leadership roles in a construction setting is a plus.
