A growing boutique firm is seeking an experienced litigator for a unique opportunity with their firm.
The attorney must have significant experience with class action litigation defense as well as experience with federal court litigation. The attorney will be in charge of a case load dealing with novel and cutting-edge issues in an ever changing area of the law.
As the attorney will be handling their own caseload and expected to make appearances in federal court at least 4 years of experience is required.
