Our client, a large firm located in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking an Asbestos Attorney to join their growing team. This is a case management position and responsibilities include: taking and defending depositions, propounding and responding to written discovery, court appearances and second and third chair trial work. The ideal candidates will possess excellent legal research and writing abilities the ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, and an enthusiastic desire to work as part of a team on behalf of injured clients. Candidates must be members of the Missouri state bar.
Duties:
- Communicate with clients and the counsel for the other side
- Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents
- Analyze and summarize legal documents
- Take depositions, attend hearings, and mediations as required
- Handle investigations and discovery
