This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring peak efficiency and accuracy, and prioritizing customer satisfaction through effective supervision and goal-setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize warehouse operations, focusing on inventory control, logistics management, and supply chain optimization.
- Inventory & Logistics Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipping of goods, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery.
- Project Leadership: Manage cross-functional projects related to warehouse operations, including process improvement initiatives and supply chain enhancements.
- Effective Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide updates on project milestones and challenges.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations with a strong track record of success.
- WMS Expertise: Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required.
- Customer & Vendor Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure exceptional inventory management performance.
- Bilingual Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin are required.
