S. The Wholesale Sales Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and growing new and existing customer relationships.

The Ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience, possess strong communication skills, and have a strong work ethic. You will manage client communications, nurture important relationships, and keep track of policy details and documentation in a secured system.

THE TEAM :

Each day, Jushi team members continue to grow, cultivate, process and manufacture a comprehensive suite of cannabis brands under the names : , , , and , which are addressing a wide variety of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• The Wholesale Sales Administrator reports to the Senior Wholesale Manager for PA
• Process sales orders for Jushi’s 17 dispensaries as well as all third-party dispensaries
• Create daily and weekly menus using LeafTrade
• Provide in-store and virtual training on brands and products to accounts
• Act as the wholesale contact for all Beyond Hello dispensaries as needed
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions
• Set and track sales account targets and monitor sales metrics
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Expert in all Jushi brands and communicates the value of products
• Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge, including regulatory knowledge
• Represent Jushi at industry events throughout the state
• Relay vendor and customer feedback to commercial and sales departments for continuous improvement
• Support and execute local marketing initiatives as needed
• Monitors how Jushi products are merchandised and displayed in dispensaries as well as online
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

• 50% to travel; must have a car
• Non-traditional work schedule including evening and weekend work
• Post in Scranton and Philadelphia markets
• High school diploma / GED. Undergraduate degree preferred
• Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred; cannabis knowledge required; this person will be one of our product experts
• Previous experience in a sales position preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of professionalism, organization, and emotional intelligence
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Extraverted and enthusiastic personality
