Due to our continued expansion, we seek an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager. Your primary focus in this role will be overseeing the accounts payable department assuring efficient day-to-day support for our ProSource showrooms. This position is located at our home office in Butler, PA.
You will be paid a competitive salary of up to $60,000. We offer a benefits package that includes 2 weeks paid vacation, company-sponsored healthcare, and 401k with a 4% company match.

What you will do:
- Lead the department and its 4 employees
- Direct and reallocate labor as needed
- Evaluation and coaching of employees
- Delegation and supervision of tasks such as:
- Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices in a high-volume environment
- Obtain and apply vendor credits
- Process expense reports and other check requests
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Obtain/provide W-9 and 1099 information as needed
- Filing and other duties as assigned
- Management experience
- Familiarity with accounting software systems – RFMS experience is a big plus
- 5 years of accounts payable/bookkeeping experience
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet communications
- The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with vendors and co-workers
- The ability to adapt and thrive under pressure
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
