Manufacturing Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, driving strategic planning, and managing project execution to achieve organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, a focus on process improvement, and the ability to manage profit and loss effectively.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
• Lead cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Oversee sales strategies and business development initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative ideas from team members.
• Prepare reports on operational performance for senior management review.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent strategic planning and project management capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in managing profit loss responsibilities.
• Knowledge of sales processes and business development strategies is preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
