Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
- Assist in food preparation and ensure quality control standards are met
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Uphold food safety standards and adhere to health regulations
Experience
- Prior experience in a café or similar setting is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and retail math
- Familiarity with food industry practices and procedures
- Strong mathematical skills for measuring ingredients accurately
- Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and collaborate effectively with team members
