The Associate Teacher works closely with the lead teachers and director in creating a nurturing environment for children and enhancing educational quality. This role involves effective communication and teamwork, assisting in building positive relationships with children and parents. Responsibilities include working with the lead teacher(s) observing children's progress, implementing appropriate activities, and sharing updates with families. It’s time to join the newest early learning center serving littles from 6 weeks old through preschool in Pewaukee.

Key Responsibilities

• Support curriculum activities and encourage participation.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and supply readiness.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress.
• Model self-help skills and hygiene practices.
• Ensure smooth transitions from home to childcare.
• Follow center policies and regulations.
