Job Summary :

Industry leading children's consumer goods company on a rapid growth pace is seeking a Sales Coordinator. This individual will contribute across several functions and will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate team player. To ensure success as a Sales Coordinator, the ideal candidate can effectively manage multiple tasks, help team stay organized, be flexible with responsibilities, and have proficiency in computer skills.

Principal Responsibilities :

• Keep track of responsibilities for the sales team, including the needs of customers.
• Coordination of calendar with tasks and due dates.
• Track and follow-up on customer shipments.
• Communicate with multiple teams across the organization.
• Assist with management of documents to support Sales.
• Arrange customer requests for planograms or ads.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
