Cleaner

Just Right Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company. We are looking to partner with a responsible, reliable, hardworking, passionate cleaner that has an eye for detail. This is subcontract work. This is for a clinic in Rockville, MD and a clinic in Germantown, MD . Anytime from 12:30am-6:00am. Buildings must be cleaned by 9:00am. Both clinics are required to be cleaned on a daily basis. Right now, the clinic located in Rockville, MD is every day and the clinic in Germantown, MD is as needed. Must be available to work any day of the week.

Cleaner Responsibilities:

-General cleaning of building: keeping it maintained, clean and in good condition

-Able to work a flexible schedule

-Able to travel and work in areas nearby

-Able to fill-in if needed

-Able to work on call if needed

-Dusting

-Cleaning of surfaces

-Cleaning of bathrooms

-Cleaning of kitchen

-Collect and dispose of trash

-Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors

-Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision

-Keep cleaning supplies in stock

-Work and communicate with Management when necessary

Cleaner Requirements:

-Must have mobile data to see schedule and clock-in and clock-out

-Must have a bank account for direct deposit payments

-Must have a valid drivers license

-Must manage your time efficiently

-Must work well when supervisors are not present

-Must provide basic cleaning tasks

-Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment

-Must have great communication skills

-Able to use basic cleaning equipment
