Summary

As a Packager at Just Right Eating, you will be an integral part of our food production team, responsible for packaging our healthy meals with precision and care. This role is vital in maintaining our commitment to quality and safety in the food service industry.

Responsibilities

• Package meals according to established guidelines and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with CGMP and FDA regulations during the packaging process.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace to uphold food safety standards.
• Operate packaging machinery efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections of packaged products for quality assurance.
• Assist in inventory management of packaging materials and supplies.
• Follow HACCP principles to ensure the safety of food products.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production or packaging is preferred.
• Strong understanding of CGMP, FDA regulations, and HACCP principles.
• Knowledge of food processing techniques is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail for quality control purposes.
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting packaging equipment is beneficial.
• Strong commitment to maintaining sanitation standards in the workplace.
