Lenz Sales & Dist.,Inc., one of the largest refrigerant distributors in the nation, is seeking an individual to help manage and oversee the company’s newly installed refrigerant packaging facility located in New Berlin, IL. The position is FT 40 hours per week with the opportunity for overtime. Lenz offers a highly competitive wage package including health insurance, 401K, and a profit-sharing program. This refrigerant packaging position requires lifting of 35 lb cylinders, forklift operation, and inventory control. Responsibilities
- Package finished goods for shipment, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
- Operate hand tools and machinery, including logic controllers and forklifts, as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of packaged goods to ensure they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency in the packaging area.
- Keep the workspace organized and clean, following all safety protocols.

- Proficiency in using hand tools and operating forklifts safely.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
