Providing leadership and supervision to administrative and clinical staff for community-based programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Design systems to monitor program quality, effectiveness, and compliance with goals and fiscal requirements.

Managing program budgets and fiscal controls to ensure effective service delivery.

Foster relationships with human service agencies and advocacy groups to promote and expand JRI's programs.

Overseeing recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of program staff.

Develop systems, streamline resources, and implement ongoing monitoring to ensure effective service delivery and high-quality care in safe environments, supported by appropriate staffing and administration.

Developing marketing and outreach strategies to promote client referrals and maintain service capacity.

Supervising program management staff and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Ensure program compliance with all regulatory and quality assurance standards with respective funding and/or authorizing agencies and governmental regulations.

Maintaining safe operation of program sites and create a supportive environment for clients.

Create annual program goals aligning with the most recent agency strategic plans and specific program and client needs.

Make sure that every program area and individual program site regularly maintains and reviews, at least once a year, a comprehensive manual of policies and procedures for program operations.

Ensure 24/7 staffing and emergency support for residential programs, maintaining effective communication during emergencies or unusual events involving programs or clients under the care of the programs.

Manage administrative systems in line with corporate policies and accounting standards.

Stay informed in the field through participation in relevant conferences and organizations.

- Must be 21 years or older.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field required.
- Minimum of five years' experience in a managerial role within a mental health facility or residential program.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex service environment with multi-service sites and a diverse staff.
- Ability to lead people and projects.
- Ability to develop and maintain productive, positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Valid Driver’s License with access to an insured, registered and inspected vehicle.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Must be adaptable and compassionate to what the men we support need in any given moment.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
